Explanation

Do not create atoms from runtime data.

Bad

sort_by = String.to_atom(params["sort_by"])

Good

sort_by = String.to_existing_atom(params["sort_by"])

Suppress deliberate uses with a trailing # sobelow_skip ["DOS.StringToAtom"] comment.
